PositiveRooms are nice size, and we'll kept. Staff is friendly and professional, residents needs are attended to quickly and cheerfully. Food is prepare on site and is very good, varied menu always balanced. Facility is well kept and maintained, always has a fresh clean smell. Visitors are welcome and encouraged to come as often as they want.

CriticalThey have a lot of turnover in personnel which makes it difficult sometimes because people are always learning. New personnel are the primary reason for the 3 in quality of care. Once someone gets to know the residents and what their needs and likes are, it gets better. But then they leave and we start all over again. The other residents are nice and upper management people are excellent.

CriticalStaff is friendly. There are zero activities for the residents. Management I feel like does the bare minimum. I'm happy with price and technicians. Management seems weak. Meals are not great. Not sure I would recommend. My mom seems happy, but she hates the food and needs some activities.

PositiveMy cousin and I would very much recommend The Towne Care to other families. The facility is nice and clean and in a great area. We both live out of state and it is important to have a facility and staff that we can trust. The staff has gone above and beyond to help our mom by caring for her health concerns and being there for her when she went to the hospital. We can't thank them enough!
