PositiveMy sister-in-law was here for around 6 months until she needed more one on one care. The nurses and staff were awesome they always went above and beyond to care for her. The place was very clean and the rooms were nice.

The apartment is 2 bed 2 full bath. After my parents signed the contract the company changed owners Five Star to Traditions. They live in independent living. My mom has fallen a couple times there in their apartment. Staff was there quickly to give aid. It was fairly clean when moved into.

The staff is so nice and considerate. They make you feel like you're part of their family and they're a part of your family. They are very watchful and conscientious about anything. The residents need or really the family needs. We have had a wonderful experience and so has our stepdad. We're so glad that we found Traditions.

Staff was very helpful, but it has changed a lot since I got here. [name removed] was the first person I talked to and she has left. The activities director has changed, as have several of the kitchen staff and maid service staff.
