Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living

My father passed while in memory care, which we expected. We did not expect the facility to charge him for the next month. He passed on the 23rd, all of his possession were out by the 25th. I get keeping deposit, charging for the rest of month. Is this a good business practice? Doesn't really give you the feeling of a caring facility.

Great facility, but very expensive

My mother is also on Hospice so she has additional care. I know it is one of the best facilities in the area. My biggest problem is that they raised their rates [percentage removed]% in December with less than a months notice. What was already a struggle became outrageous. I know it is for the quality of care, but we are stuck. I didn't have options given the state my mom is in. She is doing well there, but swallowing the $$ has been difficult. I felt screwed. Perfect Fit

This is a wonderful facility. The various levels of memory care are perfect for our needs, as my mom is still quite active. The staff is very professional and welcoming, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Facilities are well mai gained and communication is good. Mom loves the food and her daily activities and routine have her the healthiest she has been in a while. She is thriving there.

What our family likes the most about Brownsburg is the caregivers, the cleanliness, and knowing my mom personally and understanding her particular needs. I only gave a bad review for cost because the prices have gone up significantly the last 2 years. Great community that takes good care of my mom. I visited this facility

Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living was nice. It's smaller than some of the other places we looked at. It's an older facility. I like that the assisted living part of it was one floor so that my loved one wouldn't have to try and get on the elevator or go upstairs or anything like that. We first looked at it in October 2022. Happy with our choice

I would give them a 5 across the board. No issues with them and they have treated my mother very well. They communicate well and have provided a positive environment. I would recommend Brownsburg Meadows to others looking.
