CriticalAll the areas (staff, care, activities, cleanliness, room/apartment size) we're fine. Some personnel better than others, I'm sure like everywhere. Cleanliness and all of the facilities were fine. We are quite angry though at what we see as screwing us a bit financially, and then once dad passed, we've had two more occurrences where they billed his account for somebody else. PositiveThe staff is very friendly, the rooms are a good size, very clean and the food is nutritious and diverse. As with any care facility, the staff on the floor daily is overworked and underpaid. The laundry gets misplaced and Dad would often wear clothes I had never seen before. But he was always dressed and well attended to. I think we made a good decision choosing Tranquility.
★★★★★
PositiveWe were searching for a place for our mother. Tranquillity is a beautiful home. Everyone was lovely, the food looked incredible and it was very clean.

PositiveBridget was very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions on Zoom and then walked me around the facility. She introduced me to several people who worked there and everyone was gracious and friendly. When my Mom is ready, this will be one of favorites.
★★★★★
PositiveI remember that mom told me and her friends that "everyone who works where she lives thinks and treats her like their mom, but she isn't." This made me, my family and my mom's friends feel a great deal of comfort that my mom was getting the best care. I looked at a few facilities and found Tranquility to be the best fit for my mom. She was only there from [Dates Removed]. I would like to help Tranquility find other residents.
★★★★★
PositiveDo it. Great facility and great staff. Would definitely recommend to others. My .5 off was due to a little one off situation that most would not experience.
