CriticalWe chose Transendence Healthcare North because of the family friendly atmosphere and the staff was amazing when we first went. Then they completely change administration It was not a good situation. All or most of the cna’s are different turnover is high. Within 6 months or less. That administration team was let go or left. Now they have a new executive director. Whom is also a compliance officer. She kicked my double amputee brother who has ankolysing spondylitis out of the nursing home because he was scared and m…

CriticalMy mom was on the south building. She didn't get to proper care she needed. Poor meal selections. Nurses will make fun of residents. Also talk to some of them cruelly. The CNAs are lazy. Just sit behind the desk. I xought them sleeping and doing diamond paintings when the reside ts are sleeping. Ignoring the xall lights. If you don't like the meal. You got served sandwiches. I will not bring another family member to this facility

They modify the rooms to better meet the needs during rehab. They have been very accommodating, professional, and friendly. The food is good but not amazing. I go and visit every day. They have live musicians that come i…
