★★★★★
PositiveVery nice clean facility. Many residents appear to be locals. Great proximity to Northwestern university for aging alumni. Farmers market every Saturday right across the street. Very nice looking menu with three meals a day.
★★★★★
PositiveThe tour was excellent as was the person who gave us the tour ([name removed]). We would highly recommend Trulee for anyone interested in independent, assisted living or memory care facilities.
★★★★★
PositiveWe visited the independent living community of Trulee Evanston, and the facility was new and beautiful. The dining areas and facilities were large and accommodating, so it's the most outstanding thing. The gentleman who took us around was good. We were a little shocked at some of the prices, but he took us to some apartments, and they were very nice, obviously, because it's brand new. They had independent living, assisted living, and memory care, and I think we saw more people in memory care and assisted …

PositiveSo far I would give all 5s. We have been very impressed so far.she has only been there one month but all good so far. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Anything we have needed they have been there to help. We also got off the waitlist for a bigger unit quicker than expected and they have been great with the transition, etc.
★★★★★
CriticalIt's best to be very hands on if people need support in the community. Many things go unattended unless family is engaged. I would recommend, for a nice environment with fine support but better if the family is available to be asking questions and ensuring follow through.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is exemplary. Evanston it self is a vibrant, diverse community and our building is located two blocks from downtown. Transit to Chicago by either CTA or the commuter rail line called Metra is three blocks away. The meals are varied and you pick from a different menu each day. Finally, our fellow residents are very accomplished individuals with a wide array of accomplishments.
