Positivemy mom's experience here
I think the staff has been great with my mom. They will check on her if she doesn't show up first activities, or if she didn't come down for breakfast. They genuinely seem to care, from the top director all the way down. If there is anything needing attending to- they're right on it. The studio she's in, is plenty big enough for her, she has her bed, nightstand, tv stand, reading chair with side table , and a small kitchen table with 2 comfortable chairs... and it was freshly updated before she got there. The staff was wonderful. He had a very short stay, but he passed away happy. Yes I would recommend it, however, my brother was only there for 8 days. I think they would remain the same long term. They did have medical assistance to him immediately and made recommendations. I really appreciated their responsiveness.

I had my dad in Trustwell Living at Kingswood Place. They were awesome. I loved them. The only reason why I didn't keep him there was because of his dementia. He was depressed, but they did everything they could. From day one, it was awesome. The lady that oversees it, and Wendy, really went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I went in there and I had lunch with my father almost every day. They would let me spend the night if I needed to, or if I felt like I wanted to. His dementia got a little bit worse…
