The staff has been great. He doesn’t take advantage of many of the activities but the food and care has been great. The studio apartment is the largest among the facilities i toured. It is light and airy with large windows with a nice view. I absolutely would recommend Trustwell to others; I had already toured several nice places but i immediately knew this was the right choice for my husband.

We were attracted to Trustwell Oak Creek based on the smaller facility size, the non-institutional appearance, location and terrific conversations with the exec director. It seemed a much better fit for our relative than the Milwaukee Catholic Home, where it appeared that no one was held accountable. They take care of their people, their food is great, and their director of activities is phenomenal. Their nursing staff, just everything about that place. Not as bad as some but I don't like being sold and then once you're in everything they promised disappears... once my mom moved in it was way different experience for her than what they said.... good selling not good follow up.
