PositiveMom is thriving.
Mom loved it there, and I feel good about the care she received. The caregivers are wonderful, and there are lots of activities to keep residents engaged. The facility is very clean, and her room is a great size for her. The biggest area for improvement would be the food. Mom often doesn’t eat much at dinner because she doesn’t care for the choices. Pizza and hot dogs are not her favorites, yet those are served for dinner weekly. They have had meetings about the food, but so far, Mom hasn’t noticed any changes. W…

Before the big mess there with the RN situation, it was not a place I was comfortable with. Now with new staff, administration, things are going great. Good communication. My mom loves it there. I probably would recommend but, need more time to settle in to the new staff and see how it goes.

We went to tour the assisted living facility of Trustwell Living at River Run Place, and it went very well. The tour guide was exceptional. We stayed for lunch, and they had excellent food, and I know that's a big concern for people. I guess they have a gourmet chef. That's what made it excellent. We were only shown one model room, which was a studio, and that's all they had available. It was fine, but I guess it's too small for most people. The place was quiet and serene.
