1. Great! They can adjust their support for residence as needed. 2. Always cleaned! No worries. 3. Their staff always say hi to my Mom when they pass or see her - call residence by their names. 4. They are timely with medicine times and always ensure residence get meals if they don't go to meals. 5. Always available and willing to help. 6. I guess it is good. My dad has been part of the Trustwell Family for the past 2 months. We have been very pleased with the staff and their kindness and care. He has a group of friends to play cards with and enjoys the activities offered as well. I stop by almost daily and am so happy to see that he is having fun. This was the best decision for us, and I would recommend Trustwell to anyone needing a place for their loved one.
