What I like about Turlock Residential is the employees. They are very, very nice. I can get them to be here when I take a shower and they make our bed and get things for us. They're just really good here. The facility is older, but it's real clean. Some of the meals here are good, some aren't, like any other place (I wish for healthier food). I think the value of the money is good for me.

Without Compassion

Hospice was very good. The most kind person at Turlock was housekeeping. Management very stoic. I did not see one smile. No contact at all since my mom died. Except to ask for my address.

Friendly staff and providers

Overall we thought Turlock Residential so a pretty good job, all of the nurses and everyone were very kind ad friendly to not only our loved one but to our family as well. We thought they did a wonderful job , and we would recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far.

Amazing Staff

They did an awesome job. Very caring and accommodating for our needs. Always felt welcomed. We've had to move our loved one to be closer to home, but I really wish we could have kept her there.

I thought the community was decent.
