Twin Cities Pavilion was very nice. The person who gave the tour was very nice and very helpful. The rooms depend on size, if my mother-in-law has to have a roommate, it was pretty decent and was pretty big. If she has to live by herself, the room was pretty small. The cleanliness was very good so far from what I could tell, the maintenance was up to date. The dining area was just a typical dining area. Nothing was going on when I went, but they have some activities. I like that it is privatized and it's a sma…

This place is wonderful! It isn't one of the newer fancier assistant living facilities but the staff make up for that. It meets all of my mom's needs and I feel very confident she is in great hands.

I visited this facility

I checked out Twin Cities Pavilion in Niceville, and I wouldn't put a dog in there. It was filthy, there wasn't enough staff, and the residents looked like they were pretty much on their own to do everything. The staff members were nice enough, but the place definitely needs a good scrubbing and lots of upgrades. They also don't have full-time RNs on staff.

The people were so sweet at Twin Cities. The rooms were little bit on the older side. I think it was a hospital at one time. It was painted nice, and it was clean. Two people would stay in one room. They do bingo, and some military people came out.

My Mom and Dad had been at TCP for about a year when Mom passed away. TCP personnel made her passing less painful for me. I trust that Dad will be cared for very well.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

Twin Cities was the only one of three assisted living that accepted my sister because of her low income. My sister happened to have contacted early dementia to Alzheimer's, and she did not cooperate with them. They can't watch her every minute -- and I can't blame them -- but if it were me making the suggestion, then I would not have picked that place. The staff was as helpful as could be, but they can't watch everybody and -- as far as I am concerned -- on the weekends they were understaffed. E…
