The executive team is very timely with responses and is readily available. Staff is always very friendly. Some turnover (head of the care team left ). Getting the prescription service set up as been slow and we've been surprised by meds running out and us having to manage last minute refills. Hoping that is on track now.

Turn seems to happen too often. There are a lot of care givers that don't speak English (or pretend they don't). Med techs are wonderful. Food isn't. For me it seems like they can't keep good qualified staff.

My father has just passed the 2 year mark since entering the facility. Since [name removed] and her newly appointed staff have recently assumed management and supervisory positions at the facility, my father is now receiving consistent thorough and compassionate care from all the staff.
