Excellent Place

Moved Mom to Valiente and couldn't be happier. She gets lots of one on one attention and you can tell the staff really cares about their residents. She's on hospice and requires a lot of attention but that doesn't faze them. I am there almost daily so I see how they interact with the residents. Residents seem happy and content. Great place. Can't say enough good things about them.

the Valiente is clean and has a nice homey feeling , staff is very friendly and makes me feel right at home when i visit. its pretty small so somethings hard to find enough people to play games with my mom on weekends.. Manager play guitar for residence on demand , which is very nice. it is the off the main streets so nice and very peaceful area.

Would Recommend

My mom is happy. The staff know her by her first name, and it's a family-oriented community. They try to get everybody to participate. They seem like they care about their residents, and we've had no problems with the care. If they have any issues or concerns, they call me. I appreciate their good communication with me as well as with my mom. Everything has been good for us, and we're very happy.

recently I visited Valiente senior care in Magnolia, Texas. My close relative lived there for almost 3 years. He tells me about this place also when I visit there, I also found the faculty very genuine and caring.

Very rude and arrogant owner

The owner seems to be a bit smug and is in it for profit. He has received so many bad reviews that he is a franchise now. Run far away

With a community I feel like you get what you pay for with my mother I felt that there was just different care needed. Nothing negative about the community at all just not the right fit for our loved one.
