Compassionate Care

Our loved one had now passed, but during the time we spent with Valley Oasis, we loved the caring and compassionate staff as well as the overall cleanliness. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had.

I wanted my loved one to be in an enclosed area and in a nice environment and neighborhood and I just did not get that feeling at this community. The tour was good and they gave me all of the information that I needed for my loved one it was just not the right place for me loved ones needs.

The friendliness and love they give my mother are the things that are important to me. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the care my mother is receiving.

Moms new home

Thank you from the bottom of hearts. I don’t believe we could of made this trasition without Colleen and her staff. The facility was warm and welcoming but most of all [name removed] walked us through every step. [name removed] and the staffs knowledge and kindness made our Moms trasition the best it could be. They worked with Dr from New York to here and helped with appts and medications. I will always be grateful for everything you did. Thank you again for making a home for mom.

Don't put anyone in Valley Oasis you will regret it.

We had our mother at Valley Oasis and the only good thing I can say about this place was the staff was wonderful. However they didn't stay long. My mother lost a lot of weight and she was always hungry. They also ran out of toilet paper. We started supplying toilet paper for mom. we also supplied bottled water and snacks. The snacks would be confiscated and shared with the other residents and mom only had a few. mom would have shared them but she wasn't given the option. Their was man who would come to visit his un…
