PositiveI have only been here 3 months but this place is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and responsive. The residents are friendly and easy to meet. Activities for everyone. I was hesitant about moving but so glad I did!
★★★★★
CriticalThe Vi at Highlands Ranch offers superior accommodations, friendly services, and modern facilities. The food, however, is awful. Lack of both variety and flavor are common complaints among the residents. Regardless of comments and complaints the food continues to be overcooked, flavorless, and unimaginative. For the high prices paid for meal services, one would think that the food would be of stellar quality. Unfortunately, I am confident that I can find much better food at the local homeless shelters.

CriticalWe visited Vi and were very impressed by the setting and facility. We were also impressed by the high cost to buy in plus monthly costs. Multiple online and telephone attempts to get more information and clarification were met with silence.

CriticalA terrible experience. While they sell the community as quality of life and resident focused this is far from actuality. Executive staff is revenu driven and calus to the need and well being of the residents. If you care about your loved ones, rhink twice about letting them move here

All of these advanced levels of care do require a physical mo…

PositiveI visited Vi at Highlands Ranch, and I've been impressed. They are at the upper end cost-wise, but I like the facility, and I like the completeness of care. One thing I was impressed with is that the monthly amount could vary from year to year, but it does not change when you go from independent living to, let's say, assisted living. The place looked like it would fit what I wanted, and the staff were very competent.
