I enjoy Harvard Square. There are a nice variety of6 activities to choose from. Today is a 2 hour presentation on the Civil War. Other activities are also planned for the day: seated exercise, Brain Games, dog training, bridge, rummikub. I have a good sized apartment. You pick and choose the floor plans before you come in. Staff are very good, from the administration to kitchen and dining room staff to caregivers. The healthcare plan I chose has providers who can visit you in your room, so no need to go out for bas…

On the short time my mom was at Harvard Square, we were very impressed with everything! 5'a all around! I wish we had found it sooner so my mom would've been able to become part of the community. My only feed back would be the lack of information given on move in day. We were just handed keys to her apartment and left to fend for ourselves. It was a little chaotic and overwhelming. My recommendation would be to sit down with new residents and families to go over some details, i.e.- WiFi, mail, dining room procedure…

All 5s for those categories except for quality of care. That's a 4. We did have an issue and it was promptly addressed by management. But there was an issue in the first place. I would recommend Harvard Square to potential clients. They are a superb provider worthy of consideration. Harvard Square spans both independent living and assisted living, so they can accommodate a breadth of clients' lifestyle needs. Feels like family

They have been very good with our Mother and everyone seems sincere and caring from the front office to the aides and food servers. Everyone is truly treated like part of a family.

The tour started out with a discussion, going over the charges, whats included and break downs. Then we toured the common areas, dining room and apartment. All of which are the same elsewhere. This member took the time to talk about menu changes and what the residents like the most. Types of events and where they are all held.
