Vibrant Life - The Cottage

I visited this facility

We will move my friend to Vibrant Life Senior Living this month. We chose this place because of the cost and the quality of what you were getting compared to a lot of places that I've called and been to. The staff was very understanding and helpful. The facilities were very clean. It was very adequately staffed. They have a courtyard, they have a hair salon, and I think there's a gym.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO SO IN THE LARGER BUILDINGS, BUT THE COTTAGE WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! THE WOMAN THAT RAN IT WAS THE ENEMY OF THOSE WHO COULD THINK CLEARLY. I HID IN MY SO-CALLED ROOM MOST OF THE TIME. I WAS RESCUED, LITERALLY, BY FRIENDS. WOULD MAKE A GOOD MOVIE!!

My wife is in Vibrant Life Temperance. They've got three buildings, and she's on Jackman Road, which is The Cottage. She needs a lot of help, and they say she's not supposed to put any weight on her foot for 12 weeks. You can't get in there because of COVID, and there have been different problems with that. I call her on the phone and I've spoken with her through the window a couple of times. She's in a room by herself. They put on a good show when you're there, but then she tells…
