Victoria Park at Edgewater is the best senior place I've been to. It's all very nice. You walk into a really nice, big foyer. To the left are the offices, and to the right is a sitting area where there is a fireplace. There is a kitchen where they serve meals. They have a pool table room and a little library. The property manager is very nice and knowledgeable about the property and what's going on. Nobody was in the dining room at the time I was there, but it was very nice looking. They have bingo, …

The facility manager was very pleasant and helpful. The facility was clean and welcoming. I did not see an apt so can’t speak to how they are. The residents mingled in various areas together, and seemed happy to be there. Many different activities are offered. The one downside is the wait time to gain residency.

This is our dream place. Submitting an application. Long waiting list.

Great place to live

My Dad was the first group to move in when it was first built. He loved living there. He had a 1 bedroom. He loved living there. He made his own meals had his independence had fun sitting outside everyday and let loved the fellowship of all the nice people. He would go to the senior center that is 1/2 mile away everyday for lunch. It was a great living situation. I was formulate to only live a mile away. So we dropped by often. Would highly recommend this place.

Pleasant Community!!

My mother is very happy with this community. She makes her own meals sometimes she pays if they have special lunch ins. She feels very safe. It is always very clean and up-kept. They do offer various activities. I wish there was more communication between the staff and families. The staff is very nice.

Glad Mom got into the home she wanted

We looked at several senior living homes and Mom liked Victoria Park from the start. She loves the location, the size of the apartments, the shared living spaces, and even found out that she knows some one that lives in the building! We look forward to many happy years for Mom at Victoria Park.
