I visited this facility

Victoria Park at Sassafras Meadows was very nice and very clean. It's in a very nice residential area with new homes around. They have a theater room, an exercise room, and a beauty salon. You go outside with a deck/a sunroom. They're like apartments. They're not like buildings. It's not like it's a nursing home. It's a senior community and other people live there. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and answered questions about the complex.

A Quiet Place

I like it at Victoria Park at Sassafras because its quiet. There are no children here to disturb me. The maintenance department is good. The best management team with great customer service. Housekeeper is nice, very mannerly, kind and easy to get along with. The maintenance tech is the best I see around, very nice and on time.

I Love It!

I am very satisfied here a Victoria Park at Sassafras Meadows. I have no complaints at all. The building is kept clean and the staff is always professional. I agree with the rules and regulations of the property. I get along with my fellow residents and there are excellent services provided here. I enjoy living here, but actually I LOVE IT!

Happy Here!

I am happy here with the management staff and residents. Outside activities are set up for residents. All problems are taken care of immediately. The building is always clean and the landscaping is gorgeous. I have beautiful roses outside my window. I am looking forward to many future years her at Victoria Park at Sassafras Meadows.

Happy To Call VP Home

I am very happy her at Victoria Park at Sassafras Meadow. I like all the activities and try to participate in much as possible. I love being around people, because I love people. The staff is excellent, the property is clean, the grass and landscape is exceptional. I would not live anywhere else.

This is home

I love living at Victoria Park at Sassafras Meadows. The #1 reason is I feel safe here and it is beautiful building with many conveniences. A laundry area and banquet room where I had one of my birthday parties. The area inside is spacious. I never feel alone, even though it's only me in my apartment. This building is always kept very nice and clean in public areas and I'm proud to invite friends and family. It's a five start living residence and I'm pleased with the office and housekeeping and maintenance staff. E…
