Well the care for my mom was not good went there without wounds and when she left she had a bad wound on her backside. I hade to have the ambulance come get her and she had food in her lungs close to being septic the level of care again wasn't good she stay wet and they were over medicated her is why I removed her. Communication was not good. In 2 months my mom's health went from being pretty good to bad. I was going to sue but the LORD didn't lead me to do so. So I put it all in His hands. Facility over medicated my mom with 3 different anxiety medication that keep her unresponsive and feed her puree food and water until she inhale it into her lungs. Had to have paramedics transport her to the hospital. She was diagnosed with aspirations, fever at 102, UTI and a bed wound. Lack of care did not reposition every hours and insure she was dry. Before sending my mom to this home she was in another Facility and had none of these problems. Yes she did have anxiety and was already taken medication for that b…

My sister moved into Villa Christa three days ago. When we went there, the home was clean. It didn't smell bad. We have been to a couple of others that smelled pretty bad. And she knows one of the other people living there right now. She has her own private room. They will help her with bathing and walking, and controlling her meals. CriticalThe owner and staff at Villa Christa are very nice and friendly. The floors and bathrooms are clean, but the facility is a bit dusty throughout. The move in process was not very good. At the time we moved in, I was given 35 plus forms that needed to be read and signed. It would have been helpful to have been provided the package at the time we paid the deposit so that we could read and complete the package PRIOR to move in day.
