CriticalI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
You can do better than this company. Don't get me wrong, we appreciated the care my mother received, but when she passed away, the company was supposed to refund the fees they had already collected for that month. Their contract says they will do that "within 60 days". Despite confirming their obligation to do so and the amount of the refund, they did not send the funds as required under the contract. What was much worse, though, was that they wouldn't return (or even acknowledged) my e-mails or…

Small facilitate, staff is friendly with all the residents. Only negative, lot of turnover in staff. That may be normal for that industry. This is the only facility I have worked with.

This is easy! It's a "5" straight across the board. I've had experiences with other places and they can't compare to this one. My husband is happy and very well cared for. They love their patients. Every one of them, and it shows.

The CEO's daughter was very rude and the employees were not caring properly for the residents. There seemed to be a lot of drama between co-workers. Think cautiously before bringing your loved ones to this establishment.
