PositiveI have found Village on the Park Stonebridge Ranch to be a nice assisted-living community. CLEAN & friendly to the residents & their families too. I am going to have to raise the amount of care/monthly fee for additional care because the evaluation team & I both felt Mom was able to care for herself better than it turns out. She has to call me too often to get her help when needed

PositiveThere is a lack of organization. They are a good organization and I would recommend to have someone live there. The move-in process was very disorganized. Employees are friendly and helpful.

PositiveThe staff/Care seemed to be good. Pretty good activities. Food is great size of the studio apartment is very small but it's fine for mom. The only issue I've really seen is when you request maintenance for something sometimes that takes a while.

CriticalThey are vicious and fake. They allowed my friend to fall several times and did not give her the attention they said they would even though we paid for it. Truly unless your loved one is able bodied then do not go there. You are on your own. Do not be fooled into paying for extra care because it is not available. The aids are personable but are never available. We paid $[removed] per month and she fell three times. It is a beautiful facility but take out care and it is an expensive small apartment.

PositiveWe have been very pleased with Village on the Park at Stonebridge. The staff is caring and attentive . [name removed] is great with my mom. Mom says the food is delicious and her apartment is well appointed. [name removed] in sales went above and beyond to help get us relocated from Indiana and settled and NP [name removed] promptly and efficiently to any medical concerns. It's really nice community!
