Positive1) a solid 4. I don't know what a perfect 5 would look like, but, they have helped me as much as my mother to navigate the difficult transition to assisted living. The entire staff has been open and communication has been excellent. I feel that any concerns with my mother are communicated immediately and I am guided to a plan is appropriate for the situation. 2) 5...Cleanliness of the facility is excellent. 3) 5...The staff is very friendly and everyone there knows all the residents as well as, in my experience,…

PositiveThe facility of Vista Prado in Vallejo only deals with memory care. It's one huge building, and they have two corridors with rooms in it. In the center, there's a main entrance with a receptionist, and then behind him is a huge room where they have a picnic table type setup where they eat. There's a big kitchen, and the residents all eat in the same dining hall, which is more like a cafeteria type of place. There's another little area where they do activities, and there's a TV, and that&apo…

PositiveVista Prado is a wonderful facility. After a long search through many inattentive and depressing homes, finding this family-owned gem was a relief. The staff is genuinely caring and attentive. They offer great daily activities and keep residents active in common areas rather than leaving them alone in rooms. It’s clear they prioritize people over profit. Highly recommended!
★★★★★
CriticalVista Prado was very basic. Kind care but the environment and building and energy was very sad and unwelcoming
★★★★★
PositiveWe would recommend vista Prado, but its probably more ideal for people that live close enough to assist with doctor appointments, etc. Just to mitigate some of the extra fees. But the staff there are excellent
★★★★★
PositiveLike any large caregiving community, care isn't 100% but close. The staff are very caring, treat the residents like family and Management treats their employees well updating care plans as needed. When I have a question or concern, management addresses the situation in a timely manner. I'm grateful for the VP Memory Care facility.
