CriticalNot very good at answering phones. I called 5 times this morning and the phone rang between 15 and 30 times before I was put on hold TWICE for 10 minutes. PositiveExcellent nursing care. All the staff there is very polite and quick to answer the call lights. They show how much they care about the residents and the CNAs go above and beyond to their job and make sure every resident has the best care.
