★★★★★
PositiveThe place was newer and modern, clean, and large rooms. People where nice and friendly. I liked the different stations/rooms around the facility.
★★★★★
PositiveNice place Charge $[removed] per meal delivered to the room, $[removed] a month. Have to provide your own furniture. Saw very little staff around or residents, could have been time of day, 2 pm.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility was beautiful. I was greeted at the front desk and shown to a lovely space to meet with marketing director. She was very professional and personable. She took time to get to know me and learn about my mother and what we were looking for in facility. We took a tour of the community with a full explanation of residential life there. I did not feel rushed and all my questions were thoroughly answered. This was the only facility so far that sent me thank you note for coming!

CriticalMy Father passed away [date removed] from a fall. They kept wanting to medicate him. I said no. Whether they did is unknown to me, but I can say the care he had wasn't good. They started to bring in hospice care patients who needed a lot of care. They weren't hiring more people which meant that the dementia patients were not getting the attention they needed. I liked the place at first but saw it going down hill towards the end of 2024. I would not recommend this place for a dementia patient. Maybe for assisted liv…

PositiveThe value for cost is a borderline 5. Vitalia is a bit pricier than some similar facilities, but also would deal with my mom's gluten allergy when others wouldn't. What we like the most about the community is Easy to navigate in the building, not a maze of narrow hallways like some older facilities. Clean & tidy. Close to my house. Accommodating a gluten free diet

It's a beautiful building, but for me it's definitely not the right fit. It's also unnecessarily expensive. There is not much space for parking in front or behind the facility. Except for the building, the rest of it was not suited for me. I ate some pancakes there, and I can't say it was great. It was OK, j…
