Vitality Living Spring Hill

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and well maintained. Would recommend this place to folks seeking assisted living places.

The facility was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Spring Hill is quite busy, but if you're inside, living there, you don't see that. The price is higher than the [community removed]. Maybe it's a case of getting what you pay for, but when you are on a budget, you have to make compromises.

Overall pleased

The room size was great for chair, double bed dresser tv and other little table, they kept everything clean. There needed to be in my opinion more activities for the people to keep them alert. They good good meals and snacks. The staff were very kind to the residents as I saw and I think they could have used more staff with the number of residents needing help. My mother spent 13 months there before she passed and they were good to her to the end.

Do your homework

The Care staff, Wait staff and administration make an effort to know your name. Day care staff are good but the night care staff are not so good. Most of the administration are friendly and more than willing to help with any issues except the Medical Director is self focused and not friendly. The food is mediocre at best. Mostly over cooked and served luke warm. There are a lot of activities but not too general in nature. It is very pricey but they had the only 2 bedroom unit available.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My father was at Vitality Living Spring Hill's assisted living facility. It was very good, and we were very pleased with almost every aspect of it. The room was nice and comfortable, and he loved the balcony. He used to go out there and sit every day. The staff was generally very good and caring. When I needed assistance, I would talk with someone from the office, and she always helped me out, like when my dad needed a new refrigerator. The dining room was fine, and the food was fine. He enjoyed his tablemates…

Pleasant, down to earth memory care

The facility is clean and the staff members are very attentive and easy to communicate with. Vitality seems to provide an upbeat, positive environment for it's residents. I feel like my mom is in good hands there.
