The staff is very loving and caring, the food is good, her room is good sized and nice. The place is clean, it has a real family feeling. They also offer support groups and activities for families. They host a lot of special days and events.

Common areas are very clean. It takes a little longer to clean up residents' rooms/bathrooms but it gets done. The staff seems very caring and on top of most things. They do such a good job getting to know each resident and they do everything to help them feel welcome and to comfortable. [name removed] takes care of any complaints immediately. First of all I had separation anxiety because my mom and I are so close. What I love about Viva is that I am able to come and see about her anytime I need to come. The staff is very understanding to my mom condition and understand the bond we have. I also love that they have my mom join into activity because my mom is not a social person. It warms my heart to know that she is active and that the staff is taking care of her.
