I was very pleased with the staff, friendliness of everyone including the residents. The food got top billing from my brother as well as the residents I spoke with. Viva was clean and the staff attentive. The medium studio was a comfortable size for one person. I was impressed with how the staff made every effort to include and encourage the residents. Their patience did not go unnoticed by me either.

The Terrace experience was a very positive one. The facility is bright, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful and mostly attentive. Their activity calendar is loaded, with Fridays featuring live entertainment and a social hour serving wine and snacks. Room sizes vary greatly, but they're all sufficient for most needs. I would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with what I saw. We were greeted warmly by the staff and residents. The facility is clean, bright and appeared to be well maintained.

Worth exploring

The room size was very good. The lighting in the room was terrible. The facility seemed clean, did not smell bad and had a lovely terrace out back. For a place where all seniors live we were surprised there were no handles in the bathroom or shower area and the bathroom didn't seem handicapped accessible. Some of the staff were very nice and very helpful. My mom was not an easy resident often yelling for help etc. Staff were always willing to answer our questions. The facility and staff have been amazing. Cleanliness is stellar. The apartment for the cost is appropriate. There have been a few issues here and there, however when brought to their attention they address them very quickly. Overall a great experience.
