We had a nice tour. However, it's more of an assisted living place, and what we're looking for is independent living. I would say the lady, Karen, who took us on a tour was extremely friendly and caring towards all of the seniors that were there. She's definitely a plus for them. They had a whole calendar of activities. They had exercises and church groups that came in and different things like that. We toured. We only looked at their studios. It was very homey, and it felt comfortable. However, the rooms weren't exactly what we were looking for. The tour was good. It was probably the third place we're visiting, so we were becoming more comfortable with what questions to ask. It is relatively small. They were the ones that had assigned seating at mealtimes.

I had an in-person tour. It was clean and quiet. I'm not sure that's what my mother is looking for because it's more like a nursing home. She doesn't want to be in a setting like that. The facility was very nice. I believe I met the director, and she basically gave me a tour of the place. It's a one-level facility. The community provides activities such as entertainment musicians, exercise classes, they take the residents outside frequently. Food is very good. I would rate the room sizes a 4. The staff really stood out to us, they were wonderful. Would recommend this to a family or friend.

I am very happy with the level of care provided by Greenfield. My mom has been at this community for 7 weeks now and she is well provided for and happy. She now has a circle of new friends and an active social life, something that had been lacking in her life for a number of years.
