PositiveThe tour of Ashton Senior Living was great! The staff that were wonderful and knowledgeable during the tour. We didn't feel it like it had as homey feel as another community. We decided to have our loved one in another community.

CriticalHorrible Staff
Had tons of issues with staff not giving medications and even reporting that they did. (no RNs, just hourly, don't care staff) Issues with uncontrolled residents entering Mom's room and stealing items. Issues with aggressive residents, leaking toilets, and sooo much more. Issues with over 4 falls and emergency room visits in less than a year. PLEASE avoid this place even though the price is attractive and facility 'seems' clean. Feel free to contact me and I'll give more horrible details...

This facility is a friendly place for sure, but wasn't the best fit for dad. I can't fault them completely, but they did tell us they could handle his level of care needs and accept him based on his assessment that reflected that. We definitely feel like they advertise more than they can provide and that we were a bit misled. Assisted living was not the best option and we know that now. It's been a very good experience. The staff is very friendly. Overall the care is very good, and the facility is beautiful. Right now with the pandemic, they're a little bit understaffed. But they do still stay on top of things.
