CriticalWe are no longer at the community, they notified the residents rather than their family that they are no longer going to be an Assisted Living facility. During our experience, there were a lot of inconsistency. It started out okay but after the first year it started to go down. I didn't see the same service, there was constant staff turn over, and things were coming up missing and no one knew where they were. On two occasions money was missing.
