This place has been Great for our Dad

The Staff & facilities are great! My Dad has only participated in a couple of the activities... The food is okay. I would recommend Walnut Trace to others who are currently searching for a place.

Staff is very helpful

From our first tour, it was clear that the staff was very invested in the overall wellbeing of the residents and that helped make the decision to move our Dad to an independent living facility easier. While he still has some capacity to care for himself, the Staff and support services provided by NCR Partner "At Your Door have supported in everyway we hoped.

Great place

Walnut Trace has been wonderful. Zero issues! I would simply say you would be hard pressed to find a better facility, probably a lot of equals out there, but I doubt you could find better. Staff especially, super helpful.

Families experience

What our family likes the most about the Walnut Trace community is that our moms social experience with the other residents has been great, and also we have peace of mind not knowing she is by herself. We would recommend this community to others if they are able to afford it.

I visited this facility

I went to Walnut Trace. I thought it was very good. It's brand new, and it seemed to be laid out for disabled people. It's on a beautiful golf course, so that makes it kind of nice. The rooms were very clean. I saw a one bedroom, and it seemed to be very acceptable to me. I thought that part of it was fine. The staff was very nice, very friendly, easy to talk, and gave a lot of information about the place. All of them seemed to know pretty much about what was there. I could ask anybody a question, and the…

I visited this facility

We liked that Walnut Trace is an independent living only place. It tends to cater to a younger, healthier set of retirees, but as your medical needs arise, they will bring that to you, so you don't have to move. Also, it's just one month old, so it's very modern. One side abuts the golf course, while the other side is beautifully landscaped with a walkway around the facility. They have a gourmet chef. We had meals there and the food was excellent. They're very accommodating to the residents&apos…
