Wow, What A Beautiful Place!

Waterstone of Westchester is a bright, beautiful building with gorgeous apartments. Residents were so engaged through fitness classes, lectures, musical entertainment, clubs, games, cultural trips and movies. They have one of the best happy hours I have seen in any community! You can tell this independent community is one of the best - the employees address the residents by name, it is so refreshing to see. Great place, beautiful, highly recommend, great location, great services but food needs improvement.

Reasons we chose Waterstone of Westchester- Extremely clean. Manager Lauren extremely accessible. Yearly rate increase of 6 % Only 30 meals per month included. Basically dinner. Have a small continental breakfast every morning. Lots of activities. Location. Cleanliness. New. Beautiful rooms. Amenities. Basically the cleanliness and upkeep are fabulous. Oh, the weekly cleaning service is wonderful. Close to everything. Most complaints here are about the FOOD. Food could and should be MORE for the price

Well Managed, Great New Home for Seniors

The staff are accessible and friendly. The housekeeping is great. Once a week they clean the bathroom, floors, kitchen and vacuum/dust. Great communication with the family, from the top down. Be clear. Only 30 meals a month. You can choose lunch or dinner. Most eat at dinner time. Breakfast is an every day SMALL continental buffet, if you so choose and does not count as a meal. I think the food quality is above average. They have specials every night including salads and dessert. And have EVERYDAY items that you ca…
