Terrible place. Not attentive at all. Our loved one didn't receive any hygiene at all. This person is bed ridden and very dependent on the staff. The nurses didn't know what he was coming in for. They said they couldn't administer a certain antibiotic and then they could. Social workers were of NO help.. If something fell on the floor they left it there. The nurse assistants were on their phones most of the time. The girl that brought the dinner tray wouldn't even take the lunch tray and said so…

My brother had a traumatic outcome post hip replacement. After a second hip surgery he required sub acute rehab for 5 weeks. We had no intention of returning him to the facility he initially stayed at after his first surgery as it was a nightmare on so many levels. My mother was at Wellbridge for 15 months. The nursing staff was kind and attentive. Food was good, always lots of activities and some of the staff even went out of their way to assure us she was in good hands. We were always greeted warmly when we arrived. Totally changed our minds about what a long term care facility could be.

My mother was there for 5 weeks after a fall with broken arm and hospital stay. This place is terrible. Each day I wondered what else could happen. Arrived at 8 pm, taken to a room and just left there. No intake, introduction, instructions of any kind. Had to track someone down so I could go home and mom could get dressed for bed. Next day she did not receive dinner. Room was always dirty, trays left for hours after meal, toilet could not flush waste. When pressing help button, best response was 20 minutes. Not goo…

I wouldn't leave my dog in their care. Trying to get a nurse to answer their phone at all of the nurses stations are unsuccessful. And, they are not giving my mom all of her necessary medications. They are not taking necessary precautions for covid. Their facility is infested with covid.
