PositiveThe staff were great, they could always use more support but I feel that is everywhere and every industry. I felt like they truly cared for my Mom as a person, not only because it was part of their job. I wish we would have moved her there sooner. As far as food goes, they went above and beyond for her. They not only accommodated her dietary restrictions, they went above and beyond to create new recipes for her. She actually had me reach out to them for a recipe that she wanted included for her birthday party. This…

CriticalThe director here is kind and there are any number of kind, competent staff here. However, there have been very significant lapses in care in my time here. There have been significant problems in the system handling medications. Problems have involved such issues as medication given at the wrong time, medications not being given at all, and medication being given to the wrong resident. The kitchen frequently enough has served meals not in compliance with dietary restrictions or known food allergens. The facility…

PositiveMy family was looking for an assisted living for my mother, we toured 4 facilities. Once we found Wells Point Lodge we were home. The welcomed us with open arms. The staff makes sure mom come out to activities and all meals. My overall experience with Wells Point has been nothing but professional and a great experience.
★★★★★
PositiveMy granddaughter and my sister toured this facility and recommended it to me. We also had an aunt who lived here years ago and was pleased with it. Things are not always excellent when there is a shortage of staff, but —as in a family — everyone else steps in to get the job done. I would definitely select the Lodge if I ever leave and then need this care again.

PositiveI toured Wells Point Lodge. The rooms were way too small for my budget. It's an older place. They have things going on. They had people moving around, so that was good. The staff was nice. They have a small patio. They have a grill and they get together, there's not much room. They invite family and everything, and there are only about 12 seats out there. The upkeep looked fine.
