CriticalOur families experience
We were told certain things from the director that later was found not to be forthcoming. Huge turnover rate in the caregiver staff. Everyone that left voiced it was because of the facility director. When my mother-n-law was ask to leave because she was unable to be in compliance, we were only given a 2 day notice to find another facility. Nothing had changed with my mother-n-law in the past 9 months, but was declared noncompliance. She was declining and we politely asked for an extra month. It was denied. We had …

I was very impressed with Wesley House Assisted Living. It's a beautiful place. However, they could not take my loved one because it was very expensive. Also, my loved one takes liquid morphine and she has control of it herself, but they said they couldn't have liquid morphine at the facility. So that cut them out from the get-go. However, if someone had the funds and didn't take liquid morphine, I would highly recommend it. And the community room was very nice. It's kind of like a big living ro…

Wesley House Assisted Living was a very nice and family-owned place. The people were very kind. Some of the guests were older, but they had been there a long time, and they knew each person. They had activities. What I liked is they had rooms that had screened-in porches, so that people could sit in their own little porch area and look at birds, plant plants, or do anything they wanted to do if they had those kinds of interests. 5 stars for all categories. When we were looking, the thing that stuck out the most about Wesley House of Lindale was the rooms, they are great! The porches that they have are wonderful. The staff have all been extremely friendly and engaging as well. I would definitely recommend Wesley House of Lindale to other families looking for their loved ones.
