I visited this facility

We were hoping to find a continuum care and we were really happy that Wesley Village KY has. My parents can just add what they need as they need it. They have actual little villas if you like them, but they also have apartments that are in their main building for independent living. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

She’s already been placed. Wesley Village KY is a much different set up, and it’s excellent for what her needs are. It’s private pay, and there’s a wait list, but as far as recommending it, it’s something to check out. They have all levels of care, so once you make the move into it, you’re not going to have to move back out.

The fol…

The staff is very nice and respectful. My grandfather has a great time with the activities they provide. He is a big fan of the living arrangements and says The food is always served on time. He feels sometimes things aren't kept as nice and clean as they are suppose to be kept and that brings his spirits down some. He misses my grandmother and being around other people his age helps him with that and the staff is always willing to talk to him about anything that is on his mind. The location is nice and away f…

Why this community appears in these categories

Skilled Nursing

Kentucky CHFS's annual Long Term Care Utilization and Service Report explicitly classifies the facility's nursing-home beds as CCRC beds. The annual CCRC row is joined conservatively by county and exact CCRC/NH bed count to the current CHFS licensed Long-Term Care Directory; expired licenses and rows without a unique current match are excluded. The directory owner remains a regulatory business-owner identity and is not inferred to be the public operator. Neither source establishes current availability, price, or fee.
