Bridgepoint was a great place for my spouse. He enjoyed his experiences with the staff. They were wonderful with him, even though he became a difficult resident due to his illness. I am so glad I was able to place him there. My husband passed away while he was there. The workers were all very helpful and supportive of me. I recommend them to everyone. They were always checking on him and seeing if he needed anything. They were very helpful and friendly.

My mom's apartment is a very good size with her own bathroom, they have furniture but you can add additional furniture and decor. I'm very pleased with the activities they have in memory care, food is good, staff is great. Several of the staff have their own family and friends there so that should tell you about the care. My mom in her condition seems pleased where she is at. My mom has been in their care since May of 2025. I visited 5-6 places before deciding on Bridgepointe it gives you a very homie feel.

Pros: Friendly staff/nice rooms/location convenient for my family. Cons: Food menu is very basic for many meals. Lots of soup and sandwich meals, especially for supper. Meals don't have much flavor either/bland. Common areas such as hallways and outside covered areas need some minor repairs and painting too. Overall experience is good though.

PositiveThe hardest decision ever made much easier
I would highly recommend your services. I had to handle placing my mom by myself but it didn't feel that way with the help I received from a place for mom. it was great to have someone to chat with going through a hard and very tough time placing mom. [name removed] was extremely helpful, as I visited the different memory care facilities [name removed] would call and we would chat about what I liked and didn't like with the tours, it was nice to have someone there. I didn't feel so alone.

I visited the assisted living facility of Bridgepointe at Ashgrove Woods for my wife. The things I liked about it were that the staff seemed very nice. I also talked to some people who lived there, and they said they're completely content and it's a new turnaround for them. They had great food and all kinds of activities going on.
