They need more staff Housekeeping is fine The food could be better The activities seem outdated There have been 3 maintenance men in 6 months There have been 2 drivers in 6 months and the position is currently not filled The administration doesn't seem to listen to complaints or concerns

PositiveI toured first with my daughter, then my son and daughter-in-law toured and enjoyed lunch there. We were all impressed with West Park and feel it would be perfect for me. Although it’s a bit above my price range, we are trying to find a way that I could afford it.

My mom is a resident here and everytime I come and visit not only is the staff welcoming and happy but so are the residents. It’s so nice to see that in a senior community! Thank you for being a place residents are ‘happy’ to call home. As a daughter it gives me such peace of mind.

Everyone is very nice and it's very clean. The studio apartment is large and great. My only problem is the assisted level was changed after my brother moved in. We did the eval and the Dr filled out the forms and we were told he was level 1, no changes were made and all of a sudden were being told he's level 2, which is $[removed] more per month. It feels like they get you in and then request more money, like a bait and switch scenario. We've spent so much to move and for the community fee so my brother is stuck.
