They are very confident, but they are understaffed and communication gets lost between the workers

The place was very friendly and concerned with providing information about all the activities and features that are available to all that want to participate. Plus, the staff's participation in many of the activities.

Short staffed

They are understaffed which doesn't allow them to help patients with personal needs. I think they have good intentions. The facilities should charge according to their services.

I visited this facility

The staff that we met at Westmont of Pinole were nice. It's an older facility, so it doesn't have the amenities that the other two that we visited have, but that is reflected in the price as well. It's about 40 to 50% cheaper. It's an older place, so the rooms weren't quite as big or quite as nice, but my mom seemed to like it better because, in her opinion, it felt more homey. Granted it is a very beautiful facilities. I was disappointed in the wear and tear in the residence, bathrooms and things that were not working correctly. Seems kind of expensive for a place that doesn’t take care of its plumbing issues but other than that it’s a fantastic facilities maybe it was just that particular room.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very helpful, we like the size of the apartment and the activities that are offered. Yes, we would recommend Westmont of Pinole to other families based on the experience so far.
