CriticalThe floor staff is very helpful and friendly. They could use more training on assisting with hearing aids. Since the new owners (CIMA) has taken over many things have changed. Most have caused more problems. A lot of staff has quit, along with already being short staffed. The food has changed being a lot of processed meets and often cold. The doors are now kept locked so that residents family's have to wait for staff to be let in and then find someone to let them out. This pulls staff away from their duties.

PositiveThe apartment is very clean, all caregivers have been very friendly, caring and supportive, food has been very good. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.
