My mom was placed here for therapy after a brief hospital stay. All of the staff were attentive and kind. Her room was clean whenever I popped in to visit and she was dressed and in a chair or wheelchair. The physical therapist Sharon was good with her and I can't speak highly enough about Ari the social worker. She made things happen for my mom.

My brother is in Wickliffe Country Place for rehab. What I like least is that you can't get through on the phone. If you call that main line, that phone will ring at least 20 times for somebody to pick it up, and it's hard to get anything done as far as you call these social workers. It's bad. The people are nice, but it's hard to get anything done. It's nice and clean. The staff, they have a lot of young ones there, and a lot of them don't want to do their job. I had to call the admin…

Horrible place Do not put your loved one there. The food is terrible they don't follow diet restrictions.How do you give a dialysis patient an frozen dinners that are very high in sodium. Cannot have potatoes either and they give them french fries. My husband is a double amputee and they took him off the bed pan and the aides told him to clean his own back side and he had a bed sore (not from this place) I was not included in any of my husband care plan.
