CriticalMy sister was there for rehab and was starting to get better. She started to decline when she consistently had UTI’s She did not get proper care as when I moved her to a personal care home I was advised of her sores on her buttocks. So, be aware of the people who can’t speak for themselves. Even though the place is clean and doesn’t smell of urine beware of the quality of care

PositiveI looked at Willow Creek Lodge. I liked the way it was set up. It seemed like a good fit. I looked at one or two rooms and the way the cafeteria was set up, and all of that I thought was good. The main reasons they are on top of my list are the location, the cleanliness, and the caring feeling that I felt when I was in there.

CriticalMy mother has been a resident for 1 and 1/2 years. The staff here are very disrespectful. If you question anything they become rude and hateful. Many times my mom has laid in a dirty and soaked diaper for several hours. The room is small and cramped on her side only. No room for a visitor chair. Her tray for food is broken and won't sit even. She is forced to sit in her wheelchair all day and not allowed in her room. She is parked up at the nurses station for hours. If she wants to lay down for awhile or get h…

PositiveMy wife spent several months in the skilled nursing unit here, receiving physical and occupational therapy throughout her stay. We found the staff to be friendly and competent, and pretty stable, with mostly the same folks there throughout the stay. I liked that that facility was small enough so that everyone cared about you. We had some small issues with the bed when we first arrived and it was corrected within 24 hours and Social worker and others were very helpful in arranging transport to outside doctor appoint…

CriticalMy mom was a resident of Brighton Senior Living of Tomball. She went in for one thing, and they were tending to all of our health care concerns. Because of Covid, there was a lot of restrictions; therefore, we had limited interaction with her. My mom had a wound on her backside, and ultimately, it got worse because they were not caring for it the way that they should. As a result, she ended up having surgery and having to be hospitalized and major surgery. That is what got her pulled away from there that they did n…
