I was looking for a place for my 91 year old aunt. I had toured a couple Assisted Living/Memory Care facilities. Willow Springs was my third and final place. From the minute I reached out to Willow Springs, the Community Relationship Dir. provided so information to me over the phone and I never felt rushed . We got my aunt placed quicker than I expected, and that was mostly due to the Community Relationship Dir. and Willow Springs nurse and their willingness to try and expedite this, since I lived out of state. …

So far I would rate 5. It is very expensive to have Assisted Living Care and I hope my loved one's financial situation will support them for life. The staff have been very helpful in answering questions and assisting with the process of getting my family member settled in. The facility appears to be clean and well maintained.

My sister is a resident at Willow Springs Memory Care for over two years and we could not have chosen a better place for her! The staff is amazing and truly care about the residents. The activities are well-planned and vary to appeal to all interests. The director is always available and totally involved with everything that goes on there. There is a support group for families which has been so helpful. It is a very loving, fun environment with delicious food! I highly recommend Willow Springs!
