WM is a well run facility that was an excellent choice for my mom. Mom is happy and has found it easy to meet others and make friends. Many varied activities (mental, physical & social) are offered that mom participates in heavily. Mom is an avid reader and WM has a nice library on site. The staff is very responsive and friendly. Our dad and mom loved Windsor Manor! They enjoyed the caring staff and the many activities that were provided for them, both inside the center as well as field trips outside of the center. All of the staff were loving and caring and worked hard to meet their individual needs. When the time came for them to transition to the memory unit, the staff helped to make the transition easy. It's just been absolutely awesome, we are just thrilled. Everyone is ever so helpful, he has settled so well, we are so happy. We had lunch last week it was fabulous.
