PositiveHelpful staff
Activities cater to elderly, and there is not many activities and the always available menu is limited. Food is very tasty overall. Apartment size is a bit small. Staff is very helpful.

They have a great room. It's a two bedroom first floor apartment with a door that actually goes to the outside and they have a nice porch. They have good activities which my parents participate in. I would say they're only thing that they're not really fond of is the food. But I think that's pretty subjective and they've always been picky eaters anyway so it's not really a strike against Winward. I visited the independent living community of Windward Palms, and I liked it a lot. They are excellent people, and the price was right. They have a chapel for whatever religion you are. I tried the food, and it was good. I was satisfied. The place was clean and smelled good. The residents were clean and friendly, too. They're well-dressed and groomed. I have found that the staff is professional and capable. Number two I have found that the meal selection which is a very large part of this experience is varied and creative number three. I found that the various activities have been planned and are helpful in nature. Number four I have found that transportation that is offered to the residents to be very helpful and will be all that is necessary with a little proper planning
