The best thing about Wingate is that it isn't a giant national company. Because they only have a handful of locations, it feels more personal. The staff is lovely and my mom is happier and more relaxed in memory care there than she was at my home. The central garden courtyard area is really wonderful for residents and ensures they get plenty of fresh air. A key feature for my mom

Nothing is perfect, and that is the reason for the 4.5s. They do a phenomenal job in making sure residents eat and are accounted for at every meal time There is nothing really that they could improve on, and we would absolutely recommend Wingate Residences to other families.

The most significant consideration was geographic location. The resident, my father, was already residing in a senior living facility, called [faculty removed]. Wingate and Wingate have building adjacent to each other connected and by a covered hallway. His current partner remains in [faculty removed], and it's possible for them to stay in contact, have dinner, visit one another, by having my father live in Wingate
