They are unaccountable thieves

If you are considering Wingler House under Quantum Real Estate, please think twice. My father, who has a brain disorder and struggles with communication, was living there for years. During that time, the staff accepted three separate rent checks from him every month without ever questioning why. This went on for years. When I brought this up to management, they ignored multiple emails and only called another staff member to discuss me — never responding to me directly. I have found everyone to be simply lovely. The manager [name removed] lives here, so she works with her neighbors & friends. Big difference when the manager actually lives with & is also a resident.

Wingler House experience

5 to all of them. Except Food. The residents make their own food. The apartment was well maintained, newly updated, and the perfect size. The staff is friendly and helpful. The activities are wide ranging and fun including bus rides to see the cherry blossoms in the spring. Yes. I would recommend to others.

Wonderful experience with everyone there

From application time to move in day experience was great. Lots of good information and follow up when needed. Very helpful with all questions when I had any. Found that residents always have good things to say about facility and were very helpful in showing me where things were. Help with laundry facilities and trash area. Great group of neighbors.

our families experience, friendly staff, would recommend

5 for everything except there is n/a for the meals and dining services and a 3 for activities. That is mostly because they are all in the East Building and mom is in the West Building. Yes would recommend Wingler House to other families based on the experience so far.

Like-Handicap accessible. Needs improvement- overall staff except for cleaning. They are not friendly nor do they care about your concerns.
