Lots of turnover in floor staff and management. It's been disruptive to care plans. They seem to be perpetually under staffed. Most Staff seems unhappy. The facility itself is great. Dining is ok. Activities are good - they do a lot.

My husband was only there for two and a half weeks at the end of his life. He was on hospice. He was able to pass peacefully and with dignity thanks to Tribute and Blue Ridge Care!

The care is pretty good, sometimes it takes a bit too long though for staff to get to residents when they press button for help. My father's main caregiver is great! He does a great job. They have some nice activities available to residents. They have a guy who performs musically, playing guitar and singing older tunes that the residents know. Tribute at One Loudoun- it is a nice place, clean, friendly sales people. The food is decent. There were a few challenges with nursing staff and making sure they could accommodate my dad with his medical needs, but once we got that sorted out, things went well.

They need to put a better transition team in place. My mom's adjustment was very difficult. I had no idea what to expect and it would have been helpful for a bit more assistance getting her settled. Also don't move in around the holidays or staffing transitions. There weren't enough people on staff for a time.
